Return policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days following receipt of your order. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Before returning an item, you must first contact us by email at contact@edubark.com to obtain return confirmation. In this email, please include your order number and the full name associated with the order. Any return made without prior confirmation will be automatically rejected.

Once your return is authorized, you will need to:

  1. Return the item in its original condition, as you received it.

  2. Return the item in its original packaging, and include all supplied accessories (e.g., charging cable, instruction manual, etc.).

  3. Clearly write your order number and full name on the package to allow quick identification upon receipt.

Any return that does not meet these three conditions will be automatically refused.

Exceptional note:

In some cases, if the returned product is incomplete but functional, we may consider a partial refund, at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the confirmation of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@edubark.com .

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please email us at contact@edubark.com .

Shipping To return your product, you must mail it to: 980 Avenue Charny, Mascouche, QC, J7K3P3, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
